S. Ann Earon is President of Telemanagement Resources International Inc. (TRI), a 40-year-old consulting practice specializing in marketing, communications, and training with an emphasis on market research, assessment, design, project management, promotions & training for conferencing and collaboration (audio, web, video, telepresence & unified communications) systems.  Ann is the Founding Chairperson of IMCCA, the non-profit industry association for conferencing & collaboration.  She is also the former Editor of IT/AV Report.  Dr. Earon is a graduate of Colby College, holds a Masters degree in Instructional Technology and Educational Administration from Northeastern University, and a Ph.D. from Boston College with majors in business, speech & communications, and education.  She can be reached at AnnEaron@aol.com.
