What is a virtual show?
A virtual event is very similar to our live events but enjoyed from the comfort of your own home. Watch and browse on your phone, laptop, desktop, or tablet. The online platform is accessible on the live day of December 9, 2021 and for four weeks afterwards.
Do I need to download or install any information to be able to attend this event?
No. You only need access to the internet.
What can I do at the virtual AV Network Nation?
You will be able to move between exhibitor booths, gathering information for your project.

- Watch videos from key suppliers and see their products and services in action
- Download brochures, guides, and information from individual exhibitors
When does the event take place?
December 9, 2021, and for four weeks afterwards.

How do I log in on the show day?
Your login details will be emailed to you ahead of the event.
Is a webcam required?
Can I log in more than once?
Yes, we’ll be here December 9th and you can log in and out as much as you like.
Will I be able to see any of the content if I missed the event?
Yes, you’ll also be able to log into the portal for four weeks after the event.
Will closed captions be available on the sessions?
How do I recieve my AVIXA RUs?
The online evaluation will be available on the AV Network Nation website at 8AM ET on December 10. Once the team has verified your attendance and graded your evaluation, you will receive a certificate from Future.
